Fair Raise ("we", "us") operates an investor portal used to share investment opportunity materials with people who have registered interest in receiving them. This notice explains what personal information we hold about you, why we hold it, and what choices you have.
When you register interest in an opportunity, or are added to our records by someone introducing you to us, we may hold: your name, email address, phone number, postal address, company name, and a note of where your details came from. We also keep a record of which opportunities you have expressed interest in and what level of access you have been given.
We do not collect this information from any source other than you directly, or a named introducer acting on your behalf.
We use your information to send you details of investment opportunities you have asked to hear about, to manage your access to our investor portal, and to keep an accurate record of who we have contacted and why.
Where we send you marketing-style communications about opportunities, we rely on your consent, given when you registered interest. You may withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights", below).
We keep your details for as long as you remain an active contact, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you re-engage or for our own record-keeping. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record (your email address and opt-out date) specifically so we do not contact you again by mistake; we do not keep any other details beyond what is needed for that purpose.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time using the link included in every email we send you, or by contacting us directly using the details below.
